I called Tech Auto to do some minor work reattaching my front fender. They gave me a quick estimate and scheduled an appointment to have the work done quickly. When I went to pay I was told that there was no charge for the work done, in addition, they fixed a squeak in my door that I never told them about as it wasn't something that bothered me much. Tech Auto Body went far above what was required and was incredibly professional in doing so. I highly recommend.

We were on a road trip back from Yellowstone and our car’s engine splash cover fell off while driving on highway. I arrived at Tech Auto Body 20 mins before they closed. All the staff were friendly and did a detailed check on my car, provided professional suggestions that it’s better to remove it until we were able to reinstall a new part. They removed the cover and made sure there was no damage underneath. What’s most kindly is the owner did not charge us anything. He said he likes to take care of travelers and hope we enjoy the rest of our trip. It’s impressive that they knew we are unlikely to return for future business and still offered the kindness. We appreciate their professionalism, generosity, and kindness. Thank you very much.
I had a car with a hood that wasn't fitting correctly. I dropped it off this morning with every intention of it staying a couple of days. NOPE! about an hour and a half later, it was done! When I went to pick it up, they told me what was wrong, it looks amazing compared to what it was, and the cost was SO REASONABLE! I was SO surprised!!! I had my truck repair here for a front quarter panel and they matched the paint perfectly. 1 year later the paint started to show wear, they repaired it almost instantly with very little questions asked. These people care about their customers and have the best service I’ve ever experienced. I live 1 hour away in the Caldwell area but I relocated from Mountain Home so I figured I’d give them a call and without hesitation they hooked me up. I am still astonished at how amazing these people are. I’m very particular about who fixes my vehicles as I am a retired mechanic but their customer service and work is top notch. I will take any of my vehicles here as long as I live in Idaho.

My Tesla model Y looks better than it did before I was ran into. Brandi kept me informed of the progress and when they had to wait for parts from Tesla. The local Tesla approved shop in Boise was not available until July. I was able to get in two weeks after calling. I was in an accident a few weeks ago, the owner called me every few days for an update. When we went to pick it up, the windows were not tinted like before, they fixed it without even a backwards glance. Definitely will go back to have more things done in the future!

Nice, professional, and honest. Had both of my vehicles done on-time and within the price quote. Like that they didnt like the aftermarket bumper and how it didn't form to the curves of our 4runner. So, they convinced the insurance to pay up for an OEM bumper. Showed us how much they pay attention to detail. So when i bought a new truck, it came with a large spot of paint chipped off under the cab. Convinced the dealership to let Tech Auto fix it. Will recommend them to everybody until they give me a reason not to.They even clean the inside and outside of your vehicle.
